Quick Bite is a self-service snack corner at VUT Fakulta podnikatelská located in the INPROFO LAB. It offers students a fast and simple way to grab snacks and drinks during their study day. Everything works on a self-service basis – choose a product, scan a QR code, and pay instantly. The concept is built on speed, fairness, and flexibility, with an offer that adapts to real student demand.

Team Leader

I lead the team and make sure all parts of the project are connected and moving in the same direction. I focus on planning, coordination, and making sure tasks are delivered on time and with consistency.

Richard Skoumal

Supply & Inventory Manager

I am responsible for stock management and product availability. I make sure that the Quick Bite shelf is always stocked with relevant products and that everything runs without interruptions from a supply perspective.

Rebeka Bunčeková

Operations & Project Coordination

I take care of the daily operations of Quick Bite and make sure the concept runs smoothly in practice. I coordinate on-site functioning, support the setup of processes, and help keep everything aligned with how students actually use the system.

Dominik Vošček

Performance & Analytics Manager

I focus on numbers behind the project – sales, KPIs, and overall performance. My role is to evaluate how Quick Bite is working in reality and help improve product selection and efficiency based on data.
