Hi! I’m Lucie, and I’m passionate about technology, learning, and sharing knowledge with others. I’ve been involved with Czechitas as an ambassador and lecturer, helping people—especially women—build confidence in digital skills. My journey has also taken me through Microsoft STC and AFS, where I’ve gained experience in tech, education, and international collaboration.
Outside of the digital world, I have a love for Kung Fu, which challenges me both physically and mentally. I’m always excited to learn new things, meet interesting people, and explore new ideas.

As an analytically oriented person, I’m motivated by understanding how things work and creating systems that bring clarity and structure. I enjoy looking at situations realistically, planning ahead, and making decisions that support steady, long-term progress.
In our project, I naturally take on the financial and organisational side. I focus on keeping things grounded, well-planned, and sustainable, ensuring that our ideas stand on solid foundations and move forward in a practical way.
In my free time, I like activities that help me grow and reset, studying economics and finance, training, or enjoying simple routines that give me space to think. These habits help me stay focused and bring stability into our shared work.
As a creative, my vision is set in creating something that I believe in and can find myself in while progressing in creative work, management, decision making and transforming visions into reality.
That’s why I take on the role of a brand manager in our project – shaping ideas into tangible creations.
My free time, I fill with activities that are nourishing for the mind, the soul or the body, such as exercising, learning about neuropsychology and sociology, or just plain tea.

I’m a creative professional with a strong background in video post-production and graphic design, focused on turning ideas into powerful, visually striking content. Alongside my post-production expertise, I’m actively developing my skills in video production, giving me a more complete, end-to-end understanding of the creative process. This allows me to deliver well-rounded, high-quality results with speed and efficiency. I’m constantly exploring new ways to push creative boundaries, refine my storytelling, and streamline workflows so every project has maximum impact.
